Connection Support – The specialist mental health floating support service, works to empower individuals with serious and enduring mental health difficulties to live independently in the community across Oxfordshire.
The aim of the service is to help people achieve recovery and live in the community. Mental Health Floating Support does provide floating support but also focuses in particular on:
- Helping you achieve recovery and mental wellbeing in your own home
- Getting you back into work and/or education, volunteering or training
- Linking into your local facilities
- Living in your own home – Support dealing with landlords, benefits, money advise, support setting up home, bills and utilities and emotional support during a time of change
