Finding what works for you

Finding the right activity for you may be harder than expected but there are lots of new and creative ways to get exercise within your own home.

This Girl Can have put together a series of videos of real families dancing to different Disney songs to showcase how exercise can be done in whatever way you like.

How to best utilise the equipment around you to get a good workout can be tricky to figure out. For example, you could use washing detergent, tin cans etc as weights for exercises such as squats or bicep curls.
